        *    Introduction to Windows: features and benefits

    Desktop
        *    Using the Desktop: My Computer, Recycle Bin
        *    Working with the taskbar, folders and shortcuts

    Explorer
        *    Managing Windows and using Explorer

    Networking
        *    Using Windows in a networking environment

    Printing
        *    Plug and play, the control panel and printers

    Application and Accessories
        *    Using Windows applications and accessories

On completion of this course, attendees will be provided with a Certificate of Participation.
